Love triangles intertwine and converge in this look at complex sexual relationships in contemporary central Europe. A half-hour romantic comedy series, 'Head Over Heels' was directed by acclaimed Czech director Jan Hrebejk.

Jakub hits Sarka with his bike and invites her to dinner. Zuzana and Milan argue over his infidelities.

2.Head Over Heels 02

Ema unknowingly corresponds with Milan on a dating website. Jakub's ex, Marketa, worms her way back into his life.

3.Head Over Heels 03

At Ema's insistence, she and Milan meet for the first time. Marketa reveals big news to Jakub.

Ema and Milan continue to meet anonymously, in the dark. Sarka and Jakub try to stay friends.

Milan reveals to Ema that he's married. Jakub takes a job at the ad agency where Sarka works. Ema decides to get a nose job.

Ema's surgery doesn't go well and she slips into a coma. Meanwhile, Sarka begins a romance with an older client, Jiri.

Sarka brings her mother along with Jiri to a company dinner. Marketa uses the occasion to reinforce her status as Jakub's girlfriend.

Ema finally wakes up and Karel fills her in on what she missed. Linda is upset to learn that Zuzana still has sex with Milan.

Ema finally sends Milan a photo and is hurt by his reaction. When she goes to Zuzana's house to cry her heart out, Milan shows up at home.

Ema confides in Karel about Milan being Zuzana's husband. Sarka gets a visit from her long-lost father.

Sarka gets acquainted with her father and quits her job. Linda wants more from the relationship than Zuzana is willing to give.

Zuzana comes out to Milan and tells him she wants a divorce. Ema tells Karel that she's pregnant with Milan's baby, and doesn't tell Milan.

Jakub breaks up with Marketa. Zuzana and Milan agree to a separation. Ema finally realizes the depth of Karel's feelings for her.

Head Over Heels 14

Season Two Premiere. Sarka and Jakub look for an apartment together and hope to start a family. Ema and Karel are happy parenting their six-month-old, Berta, but exhausted. Milan, now divorced from Zuzana, drives a cab and picks up a familiar customer. And Zuzana finds herself lonely while her son studies abroad.

Sarka and Jakub move into a houseboat and find they have unwelcome company. Ema returns to work and has to entrust Berta to a nanny. Zuzana meets her daughter's boyfriend, Marco, and is less than thrilled.

Milan finds out the age of Ema's child and realizes it could be his. Sarka and Jakub's baby-making attempts are thwarted by the presence of a houseguest, Richard. Zuzana starts things up again with Linda.

Ema collides with Karel's mother, Sofie, over how to celebrate Christmas. Marketa begins to flirt with the well-to-do Richard. Jakub agrees to temporarily manage his friend's ski chalet, much to Sarka's chagrin.

Head Over Heels 18

Sarka, Linda, and Richard wind up celebrating Christmas together while Jakub is stuck in the mountains. Richard's wife, Adela, returns to the Czech Republic to ask for a divorce. Milan meets Berta--and Ema flips out.

Head Over Heels 19

Sarka, Linda, Zuzana, Richard, and Adela visit Jakub in the mountains for New Year's Eve. Meanwhile, back in the city, Marketa and Karel find they have much in common.

Head Over Heels 20

Linda gets close to Adela, who has fallen for her. Marco's daughter, Madla, shows up at Zuzana's door looking for her dad. Richard proposes that Sarka publish her blog as a book. Karel confides in Marketa.

Jakub and Adela go away together on a business trip. Linda collapses at a bar and receives very surprising news from the doctor. Karel tries to spice up his sex life with Ema. Sarka drowns her sorrows with Richard.

Head Over Heels 22

Linda makes a life-changing decision, with Adela's support. Milan, Sofie, and Karel get themselves into a bind with Berta. Richard surprises Sarka with her published books.

Head Over Heels 23

Season Two Finale. After a comedy of errors, Karel proposes to Ema. Milan reconnects with Zuzana to give her a birthday gift--with one condition. Sarka, Adela, Linda, and Jakub celebrate exciting news.
