WarnerMedia and GLAAD Team Up to Celebrate Spirit Day
Employees gathered to take a stand for LGBTQ+ youth.
On the morning of Thursday, October 17, employees across WarnerMedia in New York City, Atlanta and Los Angeles raised their purple pom-poms in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community and to promote an end to bullying against LGBTQ+ youth.
Spirit Day, which is observed annually during National Bullying Prevention Month, is spearheaded by GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation). The non-profit partnered with WarnerMedia’s Corporate Social Responsibility team to help spread awareness of Spirit Day. Read more about Spirit Day and GLAAD’s mission here.
