Having lost his mother to the streets at a young age and having never known his father, reputedly an Eastside corner boy who later became a major drug trafficker, Randy grew up in group homes under the supervision of Maryland's Department of Social Services. He is now blessed to have been placed with a caring foster parent, Miss Anna.
