John Travolta stars as a maverick D.E.A. agent who is sent to interrogate the two survivors of a U.S. Army Rangers training mission that went awry. Assisted by a straight-laced lieutenant, Agent Tom Hardy (Travolta) questions the two men. Their stories--told in flashbacks--reveal two conflicting reports that lead Hardy into a deepening mystery.
