Twenty-nine-time Emmy®-winner and legendary broadcaster Bob Costas returns to HBO with a new series, Back on the Record with Bob Costas. The series, which airs four episodes each year, is driven by in-depth interviews with the biggest names in sports, entertainment, and popular culture, and discussions led by Costas that will address today’s most topical sports issues.
Back on the Record with Bob Costas is executive produced by Jonathan Crystal, Ross Greenburg, and Howard Bryant.
Bob Costas interviews 10-time NBA all-star Carmelo Anthony, and sits down with Rasheda Ali and filmmaker Ken Burns to discuss the new documentary about Rasheda's father, Muhammad Ali. Plus, contributor Bomani Jones leads a roundtable discussion with the executive directors of the NBA and NFL Players Associations, Michelle Roberts and Demaurice Smith, respectively.

On the premiere episode, Bob interviews NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley as well as Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman.
