HBO Picks Up 23 Emmys: 5 for Game Change and a Win for Julia Louis-Dreyfus

At Sunday's 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, HBO took home 23 statuettes, the most of any network. 'Game Change' picked up five awards including Outstanding Miniseries or Movie; Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie (Julianne Moore); Outstanding Directing for a Miniseries, Movie or a Dramatic Special (Jay Roach); Outstanding Writing for a Miniseries, Movie or a Dramatic Special (Danny Strong); and Outstanding Casting for a Miniseries, Movie or a Special.

The night's other big win was for Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who was recognized as Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for 'Veep.'

HBO was also honored with 17 Creative Emmys for shows and specials including: 'Game of Thrones' (6 wins), 'Boardwalk Empire' (4 wins), and 'George Harrison: Living in the Material World" (2 wins.)
