Synopsis
It's the same down-to-earth Bryan that returns to L.A., but reflecting on his adventures in New Yorkand coming home to a house filled with passed-out partiershe decides it's time for a lifestyle upgrade and gets his own place.
Goddard refuses Diane's invitation to her "no-age" birthday party, as it turns out he doesn't believe in socializing with his students. Instead he ends up moving on to a new muse after Jessica decides that he might be right about mixing business with pleasure.
At Diane's party, the guys give Bryan a hard time for moving out, and a cool Krista shows up with a new man. Later, a broken down car gives a jump-start to Nick and Pam’s relationship.
Jen's grandfather passes away, and she finds a long letter from him written before his Alzheimer's worsened. "Remember to stand up for yourself and never doubt your talent," the letter reminds her. "Remember that most of us don't end up being stars. And know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I really loved my life. You do the same."
