Synopsis
Bryan gets a big break — a "very big fucking deal," according to his agent, when he wins the part on a big new movie. Later, a boisterous celebration leads to romance between Bryan and Krista, which is about the only thing he has to smile about when he lands in New York.
The breaks still elude Jen and Krista, however, and one prospective agent even goes so far as to tell Jen she should lose 10 pounds to succeed. Krista finds herself in a two-person race for a part on an HBO show, but her competition turns out to be established star Laura San Giacomo — with predictable results.
Even Goddard isn't immune to Hollywood's cruel reality, and a meeting with his agent about an unsellable new project leads to a blowup. And when Nick takes over for a lead who can't ride bareback, his break turns to bust when the commercial turns out to be for a genital herpes remedy.
