 Episode 05

"Make friends with change." Goddard Fulton
Synopsis
Proving, as Goddard says, that "talent never goes away," the class welcomes new student Diane Baker, a veteran actress, producer ... and Goddard paramour of thirty years ago.
Krista, desperate for serious work, finally hears the answers she's been waiting for from a director. Unfortunately, the director in question is a 16-year-old directing an indie film short for the festival circuit. Still, she takes the part. The catering may be handled by the director's mom, but at least the only bikini in the movie is destined for her character's daughter.
Jennifer's struggle takes an even worse turn when she accepts a "role" as Lady Liberty outside a local car wash. She and Dragon share a moment when he comes to help her out dressed as Uncle Sam. Later she demurs his offer to hang out, instead visiting the Country Home for some dance lessons with her aging grandfather.
In North Carolina, Bryan reacquaints himself with the One Tree Hill cast and everything seems to be going along great... until he is pulled from rehearsal because "something is wrong with his deal." ABC, it appears, still has a hold on him from his pilot, and he isn't allowed to work on TV for a year. Despondent, he returns to L.A., the Tamarind's production of The Children's Hour, and his old cohorts.
