An aging prostitute who works in the neighborhood, Debbie constantly stops by just to talk. She adores Tim - thinks he has a good heart - and supports everything he does, as opposed to Amy who expects more from Tim. Debbie has goals and dreams, but like Tim, she just can't seem to get her act together.
