Upon graduating from Northwestern University, Joe Chappelle began working in Chicago's advertising community, eventually starting his own commercial production company. In 1993, he wrote and directed an independent feature, THIEVES QUARTET, which led to further work in films and television. Currently, Joe is producer/director on the television series, CSI: Miami.
