Sergei Malatov was a trusted lieutenant in The Greek's nefarious import business. When fresh supplies of Russian vodka, appliances, electronics — and even Eastern Bloc women to serve as strippers — arrived in Baltimore, Sergei was there to ensure the cargo was delivered to their associates in the city.
Sergei's responsibilities were varied; he delivered truckloads of supplies to Double-G and negotiated a reasonable solution to Ziggy's debt to Proposition Joe. He also servesd as muscle -- flushing out the fleeing engineer from the Atlantic Light or manhandling the corner boys on the Eastside.
