Thuliso Dingwall, eleven years old, began acting the minute his folks said, "Smile for the Camera 'T'". As a toddler his creativity began to reveal itself as this spunky little guy turned into all types of pretend characters to entertain family and friends. The more they laughed and applauded the more eager he became to perform.
His parents decided to pursue acting opportunities and at the age of five, Thuliso (a family name which means "peacemaker") auditioned for Linda Townsend Mgmt. and became one of Linda"s "Young Professionals". Studying regularly in Linda Townsend's workshops it quickly became clear that this young child truly was gifted with a natural sense of timing and a desire to be someone very special.
The camera became his best friend and print assignments for magazines, brochures and cd roms, as well as on-camera commercials, radio spots and voiceovers for Dannon Yogurt and the New York State Teachers Union were added to his resume. Film credits include principal roles in educational and industrial films and a taste of the big screen in Warner Brothers, "Gods and Generals" and HBO's, "Something The Lord Made".
When not working in front of the camera, Thuliso likes playing video games and basketball. He is a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do and plays the piano and sings. He enjoys being with family and making new friends.
Thuliso is truly a unique and special young man, who has been blessed with the gift of humility and is unaffected by the limelight. He loves what he is doing and it shows.
