My Dad Julian L Skidmore had enlisted in the Marine Corps in Aug. of 1942 and saw Action in the Pacific , the unit he was in the 4th Marine Div. 14th Marine Reg. H&S Battery First Battalion ,Battery C.They saw action on Roi-Namur , Saipan , Tinian , Iwo Jima. He was wounded on Iwo and was Discharged late 1945. I am looking for some information on his unit Batt. "C" history so it can be passed down to his great grand sons and daughters. SEMPER FI
