Summary: Freddy Krueger leaves the fictional world behind for a murderous jaunt in the real world in this "devilishly clever" (Variety) seventh film in the 'Nightmare on Elm Street' series. Playing their actor-selves, 'Elm Street' stars Robert Englund and Heather Langenkamp are shocked to learn the movie series has somehow spawned a deadly evil--in the form of Freddy--in real life. Now they must make a new sequel in order to stop the razor-gloved demon before he cuts them all to ribbons. Miko Hughes, David Newsom and John Saxon co-star.
