Summary: The blarney goes overboard in this "pretty special slice of Celtic kookery and good cheer" (The NY Post). In the tiny Irish village of Tully More, Ned Devine has won the lottery jackpot...but the shock of it all has killed him. When two schemers realize that a dead Ned can't bring them any bucks, the pair cook up an elaborate charade to claim the money.
