Summary: Long before James Bond ,there was The Saint: shrewd thief, master of disguises and suave lover. Now Val Kilmer stars as the dashing mercenary in The Saint's flashiest adventure yet. Hired by a mad Russian to steal a top-secret formula for cold fusion, he battles bad guys through the streets and sewers of Moscow to save the world from evil domination. A very cool production with a great theme song by the techno-punk group, Orbital. Elisabeth Shue (Leaving Las Vegas) plays the secret formula's inventor. Also with Rade Serbedzija.
