Summary: A brilliant police negotiator suddenly finds himself on the nightmarish, gun-holding end of a hostage crisis in this explosive crime-thriller. Blamed for his partner's murder, Danny Roman (Jackson) wants to expose the corruption in the Chicago P.D., thereby proving his innocence--but the only way to do that is by taking hostages.
