Summary: Watch out, world, here comes Fran Drescher! As a beauty culture graduate from Queens, wacky Fran comes to the tiny nation of Slovetzia to tutor the president's kids--and ends up teaching his excellency a thing or two about life--and hairspray. By the time she's through, it's the beginning of love and the end of split ends in Eastern Europe. Amour puts on a new face, laughter gets a new "do" and lipstick reigns supreme in this endearingly campy comic romp. (PG) (AC)
