Summary: A driving-challenged New York cop teams with a freewheeling cabbie to nab a sexy bank-robbery ring in this comedy starring Queen Latifah and Jimmy Fallon. Hopping a cab to answer a robbery call, the license-less Washburn (Fallon) finds himself being chauffeured by Belle (Latifah)--a racing enthusiast who happens to be the sassiest hack in the city.
