Summary: A gang of super-intelligent toddlers must save the world from a global villain in this comedy sequel. These tots do more than play games--they devise a strategy to thwart the evil plans of media man Bill Biscane (Jon Voight). Led by the super-child Kahuna, the brainy kids team up to stop Bill from launching a universal brainwashing program to take over children's minds.
