Summary: "Van Damme's the man" in this "whipcord-taut" action-adventure (Variety) that pits the "Muscles from Brussels" against a pack of loathsome thugs who threaten to blow a packed hockey arena to smithereens if they aren't paid $1.7 billion before the game ends. With the U.S. vice president and his own children in attendance, fire marshal Jean-Claude Van Damme races to stop the villains and defuse the bombs before it's too late. Powers Boothe, Raymond J.
