In Beirut, a close encounter with a group of assassins leads Dalton to Sebastian Gray, a onetime MI6 operative who is privy to al-Zuhari's dark plans. Back in Colombia, Scott and Stonebridge track down Kamali, but are forced to rethink their plans when Dalton and Philip Locke, her new boss and a legendary agent, arrive with surprising news about Kamali.
