Summary: On the trail of the missing triggers, Section 20 relocates to Cape Town, where Knox's henchmen hope to force an expatriate nuclear expert, Peter Evans, to cooperate by kidnapping his daughter and her son. Looking to break a stalemate when Evans is taken into custody by Stonebridge and Dalton, Scott attempts to turn a Knox insider: former Delta Force mate Curtis Roe.
