Summary: Sylvester Stallone plays a tough LAPD officer who is partnered with his mom to catch criminals in this buddy-cop comedy with a hilarious mother-son twist. Officer Joe Bomowski (Stallone) is shocked when his pestering Ma (Estelle Getty) turns up in town. Before long she's badgering her bachelor son, following him on the police beat--and even getting mixed up in a murder. But his mother refuses to spill the details about the gunning--unless he takes her along on the case. Co-starring JoBeth Williams and Roger Rees.
