Summary: An inquiry into a hit-and-run accident exposes a clandestine love affair in this British suspense film. James Manning is an esteemed English lawyer living a wealthy yet strained life with his wife Anne. One evening, a speeding vehicle kills a man on a bicycle and rushes from the scene. James suspects Bill Bule, a handsome young neighbor from America, who Anne eyes lustfully. Bill provides vague answers to the crime, but could he be covering for the real culprit?
