Summary: A presidential campaign for a Southern governor with a shady past meets challenges and opportunities on the trail in this political drama. Governor Jack Stanton (John Travolta) is a smart and likeable presidential candidate. But Stanton is also not without his flaws--including possible philandering that leaves his campaign staff with extensive damage to control along the way. Emma Thompson co-stars.
