Summary: In one of her most challenging roles, Barbra Streisand plays a high-priced call girl who murders one of her clients. Though her parents try to convince her to cop a plea of insanity, she refuses the easy way out. Lawyer Richard Dreyfuss must convince the court of her competence, yet win her freedom.
