Summary: The Big Apple gets a jolt of the Olsens as twins Mary-Kate and Ashley encounter a series of screwball predicaments in New York. Jane (Ashley Olsen) is studious, conservative and heading into Manhattan to deliver a speech that could land her what she most desires--a scholarship to Oxford. Her sister Roxy (Mary-Kate Olsen) is also going to the city, but being the wilder half, she's there to give out demo CD's. What ensues is comic madcap as only the Olsens can provide as they dodge an overzealous truant officer, run from a crazy limo driver, get makeovers and meet an RV-full of tourists while trekking up and down the big city.
