Summary: Rowan Atkinson is back as the befuddled Mr. Bean who hits it big when he wins a vacation to the French Riviera town of Cannes. But the scatterbrained Brit encounters several obstructions in his travels, including unfamiliar customs, a misplaced passport and even a kidnapping accusation! Can the absentminded Bean make it to Cannes in time for the famous film festival? With Emma de Caunes and Willem Dafoe.
