Summary: The helpful concierge at an upscale apartment building in Barcelona harbors a sick secret: his sole desire is to destroy the happiness of others. Focusing his twisted obsession on a woman who is one of the building's cheeriest residents, he embarks on an escalating campaign of terror in an attempt to ruin her life by any means necessary.
