Summary: A media circus and action thriller rolled into one, Diego Velasco's debut action flick goes full-throttle in this look at the gangs and health-care system of Venezuela. Set during a 1996 nationwide hospital workers strike, a gang leader (played by hip hop star Zapata 666) aids a pregnant woman and is thrust into a minefield at the hospital where she is taken...and where the staff and patients are being held hostage. Tension and thinly veiled political commentary ensue. Also with Amanda Key, Laureano Olivares, Erich Wildpret, Marisa Roman, Alejandro Furth and Albi De Arbeu.
