Summary: Christian Slater takes the reins of a police-protection organization in this action-comedy. Young George Kuffs (Slater) is working alongside his older brother Brad, who runs a "Patrol Special" district in San Francisco--protecting cops while on the job. But when Brad is suddenly murdered, George takes over the organization and must choose whether to avenge his brother's death or follow the law.
