Summary: Police officer James Belushi partners with a clever pooch to pounce on an illegal drug ring in this cop comedy. Officer Thomas Dooley (Belushi) always worked his L.A. narcotics beat solo until he was nearly taken out by a local drug ring. Dooley's boss demands that the loner cop take a partner, but when he's paired with a German shepherd, it's Dooley who rolls over in disbelief!
