Summary: Quack up over the daffiest duck ever beamed down to Earth in this high-spirited action adventure from executive producer George Lucas. Accidentally transported from his faraway duck world to downtown Cleveland, Howard crashes bill-first into punk rocker Lea Thompson (Some Kind of Wonderful). Question is, can a three-foot fowl stand up to a mad scientist who wants to turn Howard into duck soup? Fabulous visual stunts from Lucas' own special effects group ("equal to anything in Star Wars..." The New York Times) put a spectacular cap on the web-footed fun.
