Summary: An emotionally stunted young actor experiences an awakening of sorts when he returns to his New Jersey hometown for the funeral of his mother in this "intelligent and wrenching" (Hollywood Reporter) comedy-drama. Zach Braff wrote, directed and stars in this quirky, funny tale about Andrew Largeman a.k.a. "Large," a guy who has lived a tranquilized life since his psychiatrist father fed him anti-depressants at the age of nine. He can't even properly mourn his departed mother and he spends most of his time upon his return hanging out with his old stoner buds.
