Summary: Laurence Fishburne and Stephen Baldwin star in this high-speed chase movie filled with non-stop action. Piper (Fishburne) and Dodge (Baldwin) are two mismatched convicts who escape from a prison chain gang--handcuffed together--and find themselves hunted by both sides of the law, including mobsters and corrupt government officials who are after a computer disk that was in Dodge's possession.
