Summary: Vietnamese kickboxer and UFC champ Cung Le flexes his muscles in this fist-flying throwback to 1980s and '90s action movies. Le plays a mysterious stranger who arrives in a rough section of New Orleans and immediately starts cleaning up the hood by kicking butt and pitting street gangs, drug dealers and corrupt cops against one another.
