Summary: A recently-sued oral surgeon fakes his death and assumes the identity of his dead brother in order to cash out a lucrative life insurance policy in this thriller. When Dr. Max Tyler is impoverished by a malpractice suit and discovers his wife's affair, he conspires with a sexy bank executive to fake his death in a plane crash and assume the identity of his dead brother Sam, who was a human-rights activist. But there are people out to kill Sam, who is still alive, and through a series of mistaken identities Max is forced to forego his insurance fortune and make a run for his life.
