Summary: This inspirational true tale featuring spectacular surfing footage tells the story of 15-year-old Santa Cruz surf phenom Jay Moriarty. In his quest to ride the monster waves of the fabled Mavericks surf break in Northern California, he trains with local surfing legend Frosty Hesson, who becomes both a mentor and a close personal friend.
