Summary: Jamie Foxx unwittingly becomes a break-up guru for men in this amusing comedy of mistaken identity. Magazine editor Quincy Watson (Foxx) is having one awful day. First, his boss wants him to commence with a series of layoffs; then his fiancee dumps him. Unable to do the dirty job of firing his co-workers, Quincy quits and pours his passion into a break-up handbook that unexpectedly turns into a huge bestseller. The success of his book puts Quincy's "expertise" in big demand, but comic and romantic complications ensue when he advises his cousin and his former boss on a strategy for ditching their respective women.
