Summary: A police detective nearing retirement who is obsessed with child abductions is assigned to find a 7-year-old girl who vanishes from her bedroom one night in an Anchorage suburb. With the trail getting cold and time running out, the cop starts to wonder if this is a simple kidnapping or if supernatural forces are at work, as he clashes with a mysterious radio psychic who claims to have visions of the missing girl.
