Summary: Renegade doctors take on the system at a Veterans' Administration hospital in this "M*A*S*H"-style dark comedy. Ray Liotta plays the rebellious staff leader at a VA hospital in Kansas City, where he takes new intern Kiefer Sutherland under his wing and shows him how to overcome red tape, inadequate supplies, appalling conditions and cold-hearted superiors.
