Ciarán Hinds began his stage career at the Glasgow Citizens' Theater, starring in such productions as "Arsenic and Old Lace" and "Faust." He has also starred in a number of productions with the Royal Shakespeare Company, including a world tour in the title role of "Richard III." Hinds' film credits include "The Phantom of the Opera," "The Statement," "Calendar Girls," "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life," "Veronica Guerin," "Road to Perdition," "The Sum of All Fears," "The Weight of Water," "Circle of Friends," "Rules of Engagement," "The Cook the Thief His Wife & Her Lover" and "Excalibur."
