Kathy Baker

Kathy Baker (Wendy Paulson) won three Emmy® Awards, a Golden Globe Award and a SAG Award for the television series "Picket Fences."  She was nominated for Emmys® for the telefilm "Door to Door," as well as for her guest performances on "Touched by an Angel" and "Boston Public."  Baker's most recent television credits include "Medium," "Law & Order," "Saving Grace," "Grey's Anatomy" and "Nip/Tuck."  She also has a recurring role opposite Tom Selleck in the "Jesse Stone" franchise.  Baker made her film debut in "The Right Stuff"; her other credits include "Last Chance Harvey," "The Jane Austen Book Club," "All the King's Men," "13 Going on 30," "Cold Mountain,"  "Clean and Sober," "Jacknife" and the Oscar®-winning "The Cider House Rules," for which she shared a SAG Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Cast, "Inventing the Abbotts," "To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday," "Edward Scissorhands" and "Street Smart," for which she received the National Society of Film Critics' Best Supporting Actress Award.  Baker can be seen in the upcoming feature films "Everybody Loves Whales," "Seven Days in Utopia," "Machine Gun Preacher," "Shelter" and "Miss Nobody."  A veteran of the stage, Baker originated the role of May in "Fool for Love," earning an Obie Award; her other stage productions include "A Man from Nebraska," "Desire Under the Elms," "Aunt Dan and Lemon" and "Memory House."
