Synopsis

Returning home after the mysterious slaughter of his brother proves to be one howl of a bad time for young gentleman Benicio Del Toro in this terrifying remake of the 1941 werewolf classic. Attacked by an unseen creature, Lawrence Talbot (Del Toro) begins to undergo a bizarre transformation that culminates on the night of the full moon--a metamorphosis that proves deadly to the local villagers.

Anthony Hopkins co-stars as Lawrence's wise father who knows quite a bit about the Talbot family curse. Also with Emily Blunt and Hugo Weaving. Directed by Joe Johnston; screenplay by Andrew Kevin Walker and David Self, based on the motion picture screenplay by Curt Siodmak.
