Synopsis

Artificial organ transplants have saved thousands of lives and become the miracle of the future. But the monolithic corporation that produces them is hiding a dirty secret: they'll rip out your guts if you can't pay up. Jude Law serves as a futuristic repo man who specializes in the gory retrieval of these supremely expensive products from deadbeat customers. But when an accident leaves him with a shiny new heart and a debt he can't pay, he must run for his life from his former partner...while concocting a rage-fueled plan to bring the company down.
