Synopsis

"You sank my Battleship!" The fun family board game is brought to thrilling life in this full-throttle action-adventure. Taylor Kitsch (TV's "Friday Night Lights") stars as a rebellious young man who, when he's not butting heads with his sexy girlfriend's Admiral father, rockets up the ranks to join his brother on board a destroyer that may be mankind's last hope against an armada of hostile outer-space visitors.

Alexander Skarsgard, Rihanna, Brooklyn Decker, Tadanobu Asano and Liam Neeson co-star in this non-stop thrillride packed with "impressive visual effects" (Hollywood Reporter). Directed by Peter Berg; written by Joe Hoeber & Erich Hoeber, based on Hasbro's "Battleship."
