Synopsis

New Orleans cop John Cena must undergo a dozen death-defying tests of nerve in order to save his girlfriend from a psycho criminal. Danny Fisher (Cena) locked up big-time crook Miles Jackson (Aidan Gillen) one year earlier, but the madman breaks out with one thing in mind: revenge on Fisher for the death of his girlfriend. His plan: take Fisher's girlfriend hostage and force the tough cop to attempt 12 twisted tasks, including racing a fire truck at warp speed through the streets of the Big Easy.
