In the middle of an impromptu wrestling match with Louie, Mike has a "little baby" heart attack, giving everyone a big scare. Kim is worried her husband is next, and when he gets winded chasing her around the kitchen table, she puts him on a strict diet — complete with blood tests. After a few days of cooked kale and "working out" with Jerry, Louie's cholesterol actually spikes, so Kim insists on getting a stool sample. Barging in on him in the bathroom, she gets a sample of something else: her husband shoveling down a chocolate chip cake. Having exposed Louie's dirty habit of "eating behind her back," Kim tries some reverse psychology and gives him permission to eat his crap food in front of her. But after witnessing a particularly scary Big Mac binge, she has a panic attack and passes out. At the E.R., they agree that from now on, Louie's dietary infidelities will be carried on behind Kim's back.
